Nigerian American Mothers for Youth Advancement USA (NAMYAUSA) is a membership association made up of visionary mothers with utmost integrity and commitment to teamwork. As accomplished professionals in different careers, each member is accorded equal respect and right. In addition, members are committed to the virtues of collaboration, accountability, flexibility and optimism.
NAMYAUSA, Inc is a membership non-profit association registered in the State of Pennsylvania and Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The members of the tax-audit committee are all members of NAMYAUSA, Inc. Tax-audit committee is chaired by an accountant, and the members may or may not be accountants.
The tax-audit committee offers free accounting services that include tax-filing, auditing, processing of BCO-10 form and other forms required of non-profit organizations by the State of Pennsylvania.
Donation receipts will be issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of IRS and the State of Pennsylvania.
